Candidate will be responsible for the implementation of an ERP system at the company. He will be the point man in all interactions with the ERP vendors and implementers; following up on tasks, schedules, user interaction, and general progress of the implementation process.
Determine full scope of the project and prepare project requirement document in consultation with ERP team.
Ensure all requirements are covered in project scope, reduce the customisation with proper GAP analysis.
Identify data analysis reports requirements that cannot be met with SAP, work flow, tasks for team members, and monitors daily progress.
Work alongside ERP team in the day-to-day performance of their jobs to make sure that the project is not delayed because of not providing master data, or any other details on time.
Make sure that all data is confidential and secured.
Evaluate the weekly milestone and submit report to the manager.
Provide training, support to the ERP team and extract the best out of the team.
Predict risk factors in advance, eliminate it, and make sure user acceptance test is accurate for the successful completion of the project.
Train end user’s on how to best utilize the system.
Job requirements:
Educational Qualifications: B.Sc. Computer Science.
Relative experience: Must have, at least, 5 years of experience in an ERP implementation project in the area.
Languages: English, Arabic is a plus.
Computer skills:
ERP implementation life cycle.
Technical knowledge in ERP system preferably SAP.
Experience in any windows based programming language.
SQL server database.
Designing software is an added advantage.
