Project Director

الوصف الوظيفي
· Report to MD/CEO and would lead a team of Engineers and project managers who reports to the position.

· Responsible for preparation of Instruction Manual of project work (step by step process & deadline to complete the project work) & guidelines of project execution to completion to the entire project manager. Job Instructions and project execution Manuals plan must discuss with MD & CEO and update them from time to time as per the requirement of Ministry and sole decision of MD & CEO.

· Responsibility of PD in all network Division to maintain record and report for ongoing project work and its status, report of project every month with Dashboard. A combined list of all project and status will have to submit to MD & CEO in every month basis including any deviation plan, risk & solutions.

· Responsible for monitoring the project development and its related problem, Monitoring and Supervising to ensure project completion on time (Proper Manpower planning, proper utilization of Equipment, Cost Analysis of project, coordinate with ministry for generate the sell bill on time etc.)

· It would be PD in all network Division responsibility to see that right type of persons of required Numbers with adequate skill and experience have been mobilized at site for running and timely completion of project.

· Responsible for supervising and guiding the tendering/ planning department for prepare & submit tendering documents on time and help company for getting new projects and new business. He is responsible for providing new business at least 20 million per year approximately.

· Responsible to coordinate and guide the procurement department for timely deliver the materials on project and provide them systematic procedure for material request with clear specification. He will be responsible for monitoring the material requirement in the projects.

· Responsible for performance of new engineers, vacation plan for project engineers, project managers, technical/planning engineer by coordinate with HR department.

· Responsible for timely receiving the progress report of each project regarding the work.

· Responsible for modification of team for development of network division, new ideas for company development, providing the comparing sheet of our competitor business and its related solutions for how to be better than our competitor in the market etc.

· Responsible for developing and maintaining the budget cost of each project, schedules the search, recommend sub-contractor & monitor their performance.

· Responsible for upgrade the company contractor classification for upgrade the company contractor classification to next level.

· Must visit project site to check the compliance of procedure, regulation, safety, attendance & customer community satisfaction.

· Responsible for divesting the construction business line.

Accountabilities

Project Director in all network Division is Accountable for:

· New business for company (at least two new big projects in each year) by developing the qualified tendering/planning departments.

· Project management at professional level by managing proper policy, systematic procedure, recruiting qualified project managers and following the advance technology requiring for projects.

· Timely completion of project within the budget and must accountable for avoiding any such penalty by ministry for delaying the project work or lack of manpower.

· Training and development of engineers, technical/planning engineers, project Managers in coordination with HR department.

· Timely release the bill from Clients.

· Monthly progress report of each project to MD & CEO.

Excellent managerial skills, Leadership Skills, Project management skill, presentation skills, convincing skills, negotiating skills, good marketing strategy, business development skills, team management skills etc.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor in Civil Engineering.

Computer Skills: PMP, Primavera, MS Project etc.

Language: Excellent Written & spoken in English & Arabic.

Number of years of experience: 15-20 years for Civil Engineers

Minimum 10 years’ experience in managing and executing Infrastructure projects
Minimum 5 years’ experience you should have worked in the Project Director Position
Area of Experience required: Must have minimum 5 to 7 years in similar position in a reputed company with exceptional track record for substantial support for generate revenue, 7 to 12 in network water or construction company as lead roll manager.

Preferable: Have knowledge about the KSA regulations and know how to deal with ministry and legal matters in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
