Job Summary: Plan, organize, update, implement, monitor and report all aspects of HR functions within the hospital to include but are not limited to: staffing plans, orientation programs, verification of credentials, performance appraisal system, employee satisfaction surveys and all other HR functions pertaining to the MRQP and JCI accreditation standards. Duties and Responsibilities:
Participate in the development of the hospital objectives with respect to HR programs. Develop goals and objectives for the Hospital HR Unit.
Develop techniques and procedures and establish methods for implementation with regard to: the verification of credentials, orientation of new employees and the hospital mandatory training to achieve both the HR Unit and the Hospital objectives.
Assist in the development of policies and procedure necessary to achieve objectives of the hospital and ensure maximum utilization and stability of hospital personnel as directed by the Corporate HR Director and the Hospital administrator. Interpret hospital policies and regulations to new employees. Conduct or advice on orientation/training programs.
Provide technical assistance and coordinate with all Hospital department heads in the preparation of job descriptions, staffing plans and training plans.
Participate in the Hospital Executive Committee meeting as required.
Initiate and conduct Employee Satisfaction Surveys to measure the level of employees’ satisfaction related to turnover, wages, benefits, and other personnel consideration.
Develop and maintain periodic reports regarding turnover and retention rates, sick leave utilization, overtime utilization and other HR factors and indicators.
Develop, maintain, implement and document all quality improvement policies and activities in all areas inside the department
المهارات
Bachelor degree from an accredited University or College.
Specialized course/diploma in Human Resources Management is preferred.
Minimum five years experience in Human Resources Management.
Saudi Nationality is a Must
Working knowledge of employment practices and procedures in KSA.
Fluency in both Arabic and English is a MUST.
Very good knowledge in utilizing computer programs.
