Our clienbt is looking for a Turnover Manager is responsible of the turnover process activities between Construction and Commissioning on site are performed and following tasks are fulfilled.
His main responsibilities in the turnover process are as follows:
• Coordination of the System turnovers in accordance with the established commissioning turnover procedure and sequence
• Collection of all necessary documentation for each TOP and checking the same for completeness
• Checking that all Turnover Conditions are fulfilled prior planned turnover
• Checking completeness of the Turnover Protocol
• Organizing all TOP inspections with Commissioning, Construction
• Compiling construction punch-list items prior to and during the TOP inspections
• Reporting TOP related progress to the Commissioning & Operations Manager
• Issuing of the Turnover Protocols
• Organizing and chairing the weekly TOP meeting
• Distribution of notifications Notification of Change Certificate (NOCCs) to site personnel
• At least one >800 MW CCPP acted as Turnover Manager
• Hands on experience in Construction & Commissioning of 3 CCPP projects – with EPC or EPCM organizations
