Ensure that all reporting & control procedures in the operations, customer service, quality of production, maintenance and general administration are completed and in place according to company’s policy. 

Embed the company vision across the operational areas of the compnay.

Drive best-in-class service standards across the area ensuring full delivery of area business plan supporting overall business strategy.

Grow like-on-like sales and profitability whilst ensuring we do not compromise on quality and service.

To monitor and manage performance objectives those both stretch and challenge direct reports whilst maximizing commercial potential.

Undertake and report on area trends and ensure that all initiatives are fully embedded within area.

Strong communicator and reporting skills.

Good command of MS Office applications.

Strong leadership skills.

Good planning and organization skills.

Ability to work under stress.

Ability to work in a multi task environment.

Excellent client relationship management skills.
