• Graduated from reputed University in Hotel Management.
• At least 6 years experience with an international restaurant chain (managerial post).
• Attended good numbers of training in the food business.
• Speaks and writes Arabic and English.
• Highly qualified as an excellent leader with strong vision.
Job assignment:
He will be assigned to restructure the operation department and manage the smooth operation for four running food and beverage businesses (Mishwar middle eastern fast food business; 2 locations on operation and the third one will be on operating on the 4th quarter of 2010, Dani family and bachelor restaurant “fine dining”, Lewejar café’, Manageesh bakery shop (All are located in the City of Hail, Saudi Arabia.
Through speeding the process he will be part of the Management Development Team that will capitalize on maintaining excellent quality of Food & Beverage, excellent services, innovation, marketing strategies and participate on the future franchise expansions in KSA.
Key of Responsibilities:
• Reconstruction the operational department and implementation the latest knowledge and tech of procedures in the food business industry in quarterly bases to achieve higher standard (that requires searching and updated information from worldwide (through the net).
• Implementing all international standards and procedures with required systematic documentations (eliminating, simplifying, standardizing and applying automation process).
• Strong contribution to business improvements.
• Will organize person and to be an effective team member with the development team.
• Cost and Sales are main concern as well.
• Conduct training to staff on updated matters and intensively train the people who have weakness.
• Conducts weekly meeting with in-charge staff, instruct and follow up their branch daily meeting with its results (main topics, hygiene, smoothness of service and improve it when it’s needed with solving all the obstacles that face running the business).
• Call for immediate meeting for solving arising issue that is affecting the company operation.
• Submitting and demanding all requires reports on daily, weekly, quarterly basis that include all evaluating effecting the direction of the company.
• Full cooperation with all staff members through assisting any department that will lead to improve the company overall direction.
• Highly effective in negotiating, organizing, delegating and working under pressure.
• Detail-oriented and able to forecast what will be needed for each event “leadership oriented”.
• Multi-tasking, strong follow up and problems solving.
• Excellent time management, work flow with vast knowledge and excellent planner using Microsoft Project or such software that can help to increase the level of professionalism to meet targets.

Compensation Package:
• 2 years Contract.
• Basic Salary: According to qualification
• Housing: Provided (single or family)
• Transportation Allowance: Car will be provided
• Annual Paid Vacation: Thirty days (30) after completion of 24 months, up on renewal of contract it will be in yearly basis.
• Health Insurance: Provided and for family it will cover spouse and 2 children
• Gussy Insurance: will be covered (Gove. accident Insurance)
• Mobile: Provided
• Incentive: There will be 5% from the company net profit of food business goes to operation team that will be divided according to their package and the numbers needed on that department (we are approaching the SR. 250,000 monthly net going for SR. 500,000 monthly in late 2010 early 2011 “as Dani Family restaurant will start in June 2010”, also when we expand the business in Riyadh area and Eastern province it will be greater).
• Additional: If spouse wish to find a job for her own; the company will help in arranging; especially if her line of work in Education or Health.
Starting Date: 1st of June 2010 or earlier.
Location of work: Hail, Saudi Arabia, in meddle of 2011 when the expansion start in Central and Eastern Regions the head office will be relocated in Riyadh.
