Job Description:
Issuance of RFP/RFQ in the market.
Management and clarifications between Company and Bidders.
Scheduling of site visit during the tender stage.
Participation in commercial evaluation and assist in preparing contract draft, contract terms and conditions, developing all kinds of contract, contract amendments and purchase orders.
Coordinate with requisition department and legal team to received contract requirements and specifications for effective bidders.
Evaluate purchased items.
المهارات
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Purchasing and Logistics, Purchasing and Supply, Business Studies, Supply Chain
Min. 7 years of experience in Contract/Procurement. (Employment Certificate is Mandatory Requirement to present during the interview)
Good knowledge in Qatar Trade Law
Post Purchase knowledge.
Must have good experience in Oracle EBS
Proficiency in MS office packages and other relevant software
Excellent Communication Skills both English and Arabic
Valid QID and NOC available
Able to join immediately
