الوصف الوظيفي · Establish and maintain a working security system to continuously address loss and threat to the property posed by fire, water and other Risks. Establish working rapport and develop close co-operation with Tenants in achieving the common objective of providing Tenants and Staff a safe and secure place to live or conduct their business. · Continuously maintain the operational readiness of Direct and Indirect staff through regular training exercises. · Understands the full aspects of fire alarm & firefighting systems with all its components, able to diagnose its operation and performance sequences. · Ability to recognize the importance of safety in the workplace, follow safety rules, practice safe system of works, utilize appropriate safety equipment and report unsafe conditions to the appropriate and concerned process owners. · Responsible for helping and support to the Safety & Security Manager and Administration on the recommendation and implementation of plans and programs related to the safety and protection of the property resources, including crisis response, confidential investigations/issues, insurance and loss control. Manage the process and activities of the properties safety programs, training safety, property insurance, claims management, vandalism and crisis response. Provide 24/7 on-call responses/assistance Responsibilities · Asset Protection Management – Ensure that constant surveillance is implemented by security staff through patrolling, monitoring of CCTV, screening of visitors, and In-house rules and regulations are enforced on Contractors working inside the building. · Risk Management – Conduct risk assessments to identify and eliminate potential fire and safety hazards. · Crisis Management – Maintain an emergency response procedure to deal with the protection of people, assets and revenues in any emergency or disaster. Client Properties Human Resources AFP/HR/009-A Page 2 of 2 Safety / Security Audit – Undertake audit to identify safety hazards or Security breach and ensure immediate corrective actions are implemented. · Fire Drills – Conduct fire drills to familiarize occupants with the emergency evacuation procedure. · Emergency Response Plan – Ensure ERP is reviewed and updated regularly · Responsible for managing the unit/department budget including ensuring expenses do not exceed budgeted amounts. Initiating requisitions, managing monies to run a project or activity and maintaining supplies, inventories and equipment. · Respond to and investigate all tenant and staff-related safety issues and implement plans and programs to minimize future incidents.
