Conduct market research to identify potential tenants / clients and analyze market trends to improve our marketing and sales strategies. Develop and maintain relationships with Tenants /clients and responding to their inquiries and providing guidance on real estate investments. Coordinate with our sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies, including negotiating deals and closing sales. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing and sales strategies, providing regular updates to management and adjusting strategies as needed. Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, acknowledgements etc) Compile and draft all required documents, including contracts for tenants. Create, organize, and maintain all necessary documentation, including contracts, leases, acknowledgements, and other forms. المهارات 4+ years of experience in Sales and marketing in Real Estate Industry (Residential & commercial). Strong communication skills and ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients. Experience with social media marketing, email marketing, and other digital marketing channels. Knowledge of real estate industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
