Castamo Furniture and interior design company looking for a creative Interior Designer / Architect with 3D experience to join our team immediately in Doha Qatar which will mean relocation.
You will create environments, characters, event concepts, kiosks, and other creative concepts with outside-of-the-box thinking. Creating mood boards at a fast pace to get the client’s vision ready to have the designs created.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
Works with clients to determine initial goals and requirements for the space to be designed
Consults with client to select materials, furnishings, and decor
Sketch concepts and storyboards/mood boards for clients
Determines timelines and project costs and presents accurate estimates to clients
Project Assisting development team in space planning and design details for manufacturing of the concept
Able to build good relationships with clients and vendors and creating trust between yourself, the company, and the client
To maintain administration for all clients seen from initial contact to design process, production and after sales service
Model hard surfaces, textures, and lighting effects for realistic looks
Maintains current knowledge of trends and materials, techniques, and other developments in interior design
Performs other related duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications/Skills
AutoCad and 3D Max experience
Sketching skills
Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator,
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
Ability to apply a sense of style to create aesthetically pleasing interiors
Strong visual design skills including proportion and aesthetics
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Job Type: Full-time
Experience:
Interior design: 1 year (Preferred)
Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
Language: English Must / Arabic (Preferred)
License/Certification: Qatar driving license (Preferred)
المهارات
A Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering
Adept in managing deadlines and finishing tasks per the project requirements.
Ability to manage all the activities in the designated schedule using appropriate skills and techniques.
Adept in visualization, creativity, data analysis, and problem solving techniques.
