Develop and implement strategies to achieve company objectives in the assigned country or regions.
Manage and oversee all Operations including sales, marketing, customer service, Finance and Logistics.
Ensure that all employees are working towards achieving the company’s goals & objectives and that they are motivated , engaged and performing to he best of their abilities.
Providing guidance, coaching and leadership to the country team.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop and execute effective business strategies.
Identify potential partnerships, collaborations and other opportunities to enhance company’s operations and growth.
Monitor and manage budgets and financial performance , ensuring that the country meets or exceeds the revenue and profitability targets.
Build and maintain strong relations with key stakeholders including customers, suppliers and government officials
Ensure that all activities are in compliance with local laws and regulations and that the company’s reputation is maintained.
المهارات
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Related field
Over 10 + years in senior leadership roles preferably in a similar Industry
Proven track record of success in managing large teams
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with ability to identify opportunities.
Ability to solve complex problems.
Excellent in communication , interpersonal and leadership skills.
Result oriented and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
