Prepare shop drawings and as built for all commercial / industrial construction activities.
Backing-up Site Engineers for drawing references
Gives detailed information with the approved shop drawing.
Prepares shop drawing as per project requirements, i.e. electro-mechanical, plumbing.
Following assignments for similar duties given by the Engineering Head.
Co-ordinate drawing reviews and updates with Site Engineers, sub-contractors and Consultants.
Establish and maintain well-organized filing and retrieval system for all drawings.
المهارات
Diploma or Certificate in Computerized Drafting (Auto Cad, Architectural Cad) from an accredited institution, supplement by on-going up-dating of AutoCAD releases (ie Auto Cad 2000, version 14)
Minimum of 5 – 7years of directly related experience in the preparation of construction drawings, preferably assigned directly to sites.
Sound knowledge of Plotter hardware and software.
Some basic knowledge of building code requirements an asset.
Good communications and problem solving skills; ability to work well with site and office staff to achieve high quality results.
