Managing a team of Subcontractos - Site Supervisors and Site foremens proficient in ELV systems and on-site building practices.
Supervising contracted staff/ and own team inculding technicains and labors and Manages the Technicians based on their trades, divides them into teams and assigns tasks to each team to accomplish it within the allocated time.
Perform internal inspections for the subcontractors works.
Supervises & directs the routine activities and tasks assigned including manpower, material planning, and scheduling and to ensure its proper execution.
Resolve the problem with other trades at site
المهارات
Dipolma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or relevant discipline.
8+ Experience Required in 1st,2nd & 3rd Fix works.
Should have a thorough knowledge of ELV systems from the 1st fix to 3rd fix (CCTV, alarm systems, ACS, PA, BGM, AV, BMS etc,.).
Should be Available locally with NOC
Knowledge of applicable codes and regulations (Like:QCDD,QCS,NFPA,MOI-SSD)
