Sales Executive SEABOB - Marine Water sports equipment & accessoriesindividually involved in achieving short term objectives and goals of Seabob. The role is responsible to meet and exceed sales targets set in the monthly and yearly forecasts, and to direct all efforts to maximizing the profitably of all revenue streams as well as to develop a network of contacts of potential customers. · Seeks out prospective customer/ business opportunities with new and existing customers.· Negotiates the terms of an agreement and closes sales.· Maintains and develops current CRM database and accounts. Provides professional customer care to clients, aide & advice in product selection, ensure seamless organization of after sales service.· Establishes and maintains customer relationships in order to grow profitable sales.· Ensures the store standards (merchandising, service, displays) are in place prior to the trading hours.· Introduces and demonstrates new products to the customers.· Delivers the right Product as per the client’s needs.· Informs customers of all relevant company sales, credit, after sales etc. policies/procedures and initiatives. · Reports on customer feedback to the line management.· Acts as a brand ambassador for Seabob products and services .· Adheres to professional business etiquette and meets professional responsibilities.· Implementation of marketing activities at store level to increase visibility etc.Liaises with the technical team and shared services to ensure a seamless experience to the customers. Actively identifies methods to increase sales and profit for the sales growth of organization.· Proposes innovative merchandising and selling technique.Takes part in creating an innovation driven culture.
المهارات
· Bachelor’s Degree Diploma, hospitality or retail management.A degree or equivalent related in Sales experience or working experience within retail or sales environment.Experienced in Sales Executive SEABOB - Marine Water sports equipment & accessories or retails.Able to handle customer enquiries and needs independently.· Comprehensive knowledge of sales techniques and best practices.Ability to work in fast paced environment.Able to communicate effectively at all level Strong existing business relationships with customers in target industries Good working knowledge of MS Office and data base systems
