Service Engineer for APPLE Service Center - PDTC – Qatar foundation assignment high potential (mobile)
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair Apple mobile devices, including iPhones and iPads.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive customer experience.
Maintain accurate repair records and ensure timely completion of repairs.
Meet or exceed service targets for turnaround time, customer satisfaction, and repair quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Maintain a high level of technical expertise and stay up-to-date on new products and technologies.
Continuously improve repair processes and procedures to increase efficiency and quality.
Manage inventory levels of spare parts and tools to ensure availability for repairs.
Ensure compliance with all service center policies and procedures, including safety protocols.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe and efficient work environment.
Participate in training and development activities to improve technical skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
Strong technical skills and experience with Apple mobile devices.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and repair management software.
