Work closely with the sales team to develop targeted marketing campaigns that drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
Manage the development and execution of marketing materials, including print and digital advertising, email campaigns, and social media.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing materials.
Manage relationships with external vendors, such as advertising agencies and graphic designers.
Analyze marketing campaign performance data to measure effectiveness and make recommendations for future improvements.
Stay up-to-date with new marketing technologies and tools, and implement them where appropriate.
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive marketing decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external vendors.
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques, including email marketing, social media, and search engine optimization.
Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing solutions.
Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through marketing initiatives.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
