SkyStruct is a construction management ERP system that provides a centralized platform for all stakeholders involved in real estate projects. Our SAAS-based solution offers a range of essential services, including Planning, Document Management, Cost Management, Workforce Management, Inventory Management, and In-field management. We are committed to making construction management seamless and effective for our clients.
Responsibilities Include:
Understand the needs of our target industry and customers and develop insightful solution proposals that accurately articulate SkyStruct’s value proposition at the executive level.
Lead the sales process from customer discovery and sales presentations to product demonstrations and in-depth workshops.
Provide guidance on the prioritization and roadmap of capabilities to maximize value for the customer in complex deals where a broad spectrum of SkyStruct’s platform comes into play.
Deliver effective product demonstrations and solution presentations to potential customers.
Build strong relationships and establish credibility with customers, partners, and internal team members.
Contribute to the product vision and strategy for the SkyStruct portfolio by translating industry trends, customer needs, and innovative vision into requirements for Product Management roadmaps.
Provide customer and market feedback to Management and Tech Dev teams to continuously improve our solution.
Collaborate with the SkyStruct Implementation Team to scope and estimate customer projects.
Represent SkyStruct and our solutions as thought leaders at industry events, trade shows, and user groups.
Educate SkyStruct partners and industry analysts on SkyStruct and our solution offerings.
This role is crucial in driving revenue growth and building our brand at SkyStruct. The successful candidate will have the ability to understand the needs of our target industry and customers, develop insightful solution proposals and accurately articulate SkyStruct’s value proposition at the executive level. The Sales Executive will lead the sales process, from customer discovery and sales presentations to product demonstrations and in-depth workshops. Developing strong relationships and credibility with customers, partners, and internal team members will be established throughout the process. Additionally, the product vision and strategy for the SkyStruct portfolio will be contributed to by the Sales Executive, who will translate industry trends, customer needs, and innovative vision into requirements for Product Management roadmaps.

We are seeking a talented candidate with previous sales experience in the construction industry or selling B2B SAAS solutions to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and building our brand.
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Civil Engineering/Architecture/Interior Design/ Business or a related field
Diploma or Higher Diploma in Project Management
Minimum of 02 years experience in a similar field
Previous experience in project management would be an added advantage
Experience with ERP systems and systems integration
Strong sales presence and superior communication skills
Experience in complex pre-sales and/or deployment of enterprise software solutions
Ability to establish executive-level relationships with customers
Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize under pressure
Ability to problem-solve, both independently and working as a team
Self-starter mentality and willingness to travel up to most of the time
Age between 27-45
Valid Qatar Driving license
In-country recruitment only
Arabic speaker will be a plus
