الوصف الوظيفي • Lead management of the Service Provider’s development and implementation of RAM management, monitoring and improvement in accordance with international standards (e.g. EN 50126) and best practices • Provide RAMS technical expertise in support of other departments and less experienced personnel • Carry out specialized reliability, availability, maintainability, and safety (rams) analysis over the solution/product/platform for all disciplines his/her responsibility and translate the results into specific requirements and improvement actions for the overall system. • Implement qualitative and quantitative methodologies to improve RAM performance • Custodian of all aspect of RAM and continuous improvement related projects. • Works in conjunction with the Service Provider and various stakeholders to ensure data governance practices are harmonized throughout the organization. • Manages and expedites all asset management issues relating to the asset management system and other interfacing systems. • Ensures integrity of asset and engineering data. • Works in conjunction with other AM experts to ensure consistency of asset and technical processes. • Ensure governance and assurance on aspects such as RAM, FRACAS and continuous improvement. • Develop and review of required AM system documentation and asset data standards for asset management in conjunction and consultation with other stakeholders. • Ensures communication and consultation with other AM experts and external stakeholders so that engineering standards that are generated for the assets can be implemented across Networks as far as practically feasible. • Provides training and education on RAM, FRACAS and ISO 55001 standard best practices. The job holder is accountable for: • Ensuring Asset Management system and processes are compliant to ISO 55001 requirements. • Achieve and maintain ISO 55001 certification • Development and implementation of data governance framework • Delivery of the asset management strategy within the network (Metro, LD and LRT), to monitoring asset performance, to develop and & manage asset processes to ensure consistency, harmonization, quality and integrity across networks. المهارات Master’s Degree in RAM (preferable) Professional Training: Six Sigma (Green Belt and above) – preferable • Minimum 10 years of experience of which a substantial period includes working in Railway industry with atleast 5 years in RAM specific roles. • Demonstrated experience in setting up and implementing RAM function within an organisation. • Development and implementation of data governance and asset data. • Demonstrated experience in using at least one MMS like SAP, Maximo, Oracle, Ellipse and using at least one RAM software like Meridian, Isograph. • Experience in building relationships with and influencing a range of people at all levels within and outside the organization تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/qatar/jobs/asset-management-expert-ram-4671396/ |
