الوصف الوظيفي • Liaise and coordinate with customers, external consultants, vendors / sub-contractors for project management to ensure quality project delivery • Consult with design and engineering personnel to define production and aesthetic standards for displays • Determine vendor participation based on supplier’s core competencies, ability to meet deadlines and cost parameters • You will coordinate with in-house teams/departmental heads and colleagues officially, whenever required, with respect to any matters under your purview • Facilitate project planning workshops, team meetings and stakeholder updates/presentations • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs • Planning and implementing the design to the company’s high standards. • Preparing drawings schedules, door schedules and hardware schedules that will allow the coordination of the design process from initial concept design to on-site fitting. • Liaising with the Project Manager and all other relevant Departments in regards to all design and engineering scheduling. Work closely with the assigned Quantity Surveyors for specific projects. • Supervising the production of prototypes and site work. • Liaising with clients, consultants and various internal departments, and attending production design meetings. • Providing documentation, detailed instructions, drawings, sketches or specifications to the team, so that they may be drawn, fabricated, constructed, assembled and modified so as to be fit for purpose. • To prepare and organise the detail catalogue at the commencement of the project. • To prepare and execute ‘As Built’ drawings at completion of the project. • To compile the O & M manual, prior to completion of the project. • Coordinating the flow of information between sub-contractors. • Supervising a team of CAD draughtsman, Team Leaders and Design Coordinators, allocation of workload and ensuring team deliverables are met within required timeframes. • Consistently keep abreast of market trends and construction methods • Ensure company policy and procedures are maintained and implemented, whilst continuously seeking ways to improve, refine and modify procedures. • Lead and manage contractors & suppliers effectively to ensure that the project and on-site works are completed according to specifications, quality standards, cost and time frame. • Strong site management skills, schedule planning and reporting. • Monitor project’s time, cost, quality, scope, resources and risk management. • Supervise the construction of works and incorporation of materials and ensure that they are carried out in accordance with the Project Plan. • Efficiently manage and work closely with designers. • Good knowledge and understanding of Project Management skills and tools. • Preparation/ submission/ necessary documents to building management to obtained PTW. • Coordinate with the design team with regards to the preparation/ submission/ approval of shop and as-built drawings. • Ability to run projects within budget and schedule. • Any ad hoc duties assigned. المهارات https://www.bayt.com/ar/qatar/jobs/interior-design-engineer-4668340/ |
