الوصف الوظيفي The Logistics Customer Service representative will oversee all aspects of accounts relating to the international transportation of goods and the maintenance of the client’s needs. Main point of contact for all customers, Handling all import Queries, Preparing Quotation and submitting the Quote on time. Supports Outside Sales and translate customer needs into execution process, acts as the bridge between sales and customer operation teams activities. Activities • Main point of contact for all customer communication pertaining to our company service and offer. • Follow up for rates and submitting Quotation to the customer on time. • Responsible for all incoming shipment routed to BLX Qatar as initial point of contact. • Acknowledge orders received and alert overseas agent accordingly. • Analyse freight bills for customer specific required information. • Maintain customer data base and follow up with top customers. • Analyse customer trends and initiate corrective/ preventive actions as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction. • Other Duties as assigned. Manage account from prospection stage to customer care: • Assist on Projects and Oil & Gas tenders, Commercial & Technical • Assist outside sales by receiving and handling enquiries from prospect and customers. • Assist outside sales with punctual visits to customer whenever needed. • Manage relationship of existing key accounts with sales personal. • Ultimately in charge to gather requirements from a customer and sale commitment. • Provide customer feedback to middle office for continuous improvement which includes optimize sales by offering additional services. • Maintaining rates validity with customers. B. Handle Quotations/ SOP and transfer to Customer Operation Support Handle Quotations/ SOP and transfer to Customer Operation Support: In charge of replying to the customer with quotation within a limited timeframe which include o Advise customer on transport (operations, contingencies, insurances, customs, routing, Set validity …). o Review routing provided by MO. o Carry out quotation. o Set validity. o Ensure Terms and Conditions are included. • Ensure quotation reminders and follow up feedback to customer & network. • For validated quotes, participate to the set-up of customer’s accounts as per country procedures. • Establish SOPs as per customer’s needs • Ensure SOPs are transferred upon strict validation by Customer Operation Support (COS) المهارات • Preferably with bachelor’s degree. • Minimum two-year experience in similar background. • Good with calculations and reporting. • Good knowledge of freight forwarding & shipments. • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Power point. • Team oriented, proactive, initiative & good communication skills. • Preferably local candidates with NOC. تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/qatar/jobs/customer-service-executive-4634271/ |
