Responsible for ensuring the delivery of FM soft services to provide assets that are clean. Ensures that cleaning, waste and pest control plans will be audited and assures that they are delivering clean and reliable assets and that service level agreements and key performance indicators will be exceeded. Manages performance which is driven through data collection, analysis and improvement action plans. Develops the soft services cleaning annual regime and plan.
Key responsibilities
Responsible for Health and Safety management of cleaning services. Conduct safety inspections and create improvement action plans, oversee inspections and reporting on safety and cleaning performance and present monthly cleaning service standard reports to the management.
Development of continuous improvement program that links to Matar and QR Group objectives. Lead as a sponsor, continuous improvement projects and reporting - oversee the collection and analysis of soft sponsor, continuous improvement projects and reporting - oversee the collection and analysis of soft services data to drive continuous improvement, measure and analyse soft services data using continuous improvement tools.
Develop quality control program and audit schedule. Responsible for the production of weekly / monthly KPI/SLA reports in line with FM cleaning contract scope.
Develop delivery platform in partnership with FM contractor that reflects the passenger flow in the PTC.
Review, approve and manage implementation of
Cleaning services within the Passenger Terminal Complex.
Delivery of scope of work and key performance indicators.
Delivery of the cleaning and pest control plan to set targets.
Soft Services requests and incidents response to meet key performance indicators.
Specialist cleaning services including but not limited to floor rectification works, deep cleaning of mechanical and electrical rooms and equipment.
High access cleaning services including glazing, building externals, PLB’s and roof areas
PTC waste management
Daily delivery of soft services cleaning schedules.
Daily completion of cleaning incidents resolution
Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of Department.
Identify new technologies and techniques to reduce life cycle costs within the PTC.
Prepare PTC annual budget and deliver services within the cost plan.
Coordinate relationships with FM contractor and stakeholders relating to cleaning services.
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with Minimum 8 years of job-related experience.
Experience in ISO 9001 Quality Management Principles.
Must have past experience with the operation and maintenance of airport terminal facilities.
Must be well versed with all regulations and requirements of airport terminal buildings and facilities.
Must have practical experience in safety management and regulations governing buildings, facilities and infrastructure.
