Develop and implement a promotion strategy according to customer profile demand and category demand. Interpreting market trends and adapting to industry changes. Develop and implement the strategy of pricing to ensure that prices are competitive and profits are maximized. Implement import strategy to improve the assortment and get the benefit of customer GP and Sales. Analyzing the performance of each department, then make action plan to improve sales. Identify the new trends in the department. Supplier cooperation in creating Hero and Destination departments. Monthly review the aging stock by store and by department. Responsible about all business processes related to supermarket department (Order process, BDA process, and promotion process etc.) Identify work flow and road map of processes Analyse current sourcing strategies, and systems and propose improvement plans. Responsible to benchmark current process and systems with industry best practices. Analyse and document business processes and problems.
