الوصف الوظيفي • Forecast item requirements, aggregate demand, measure forecast accuracy, and build methodology to both ensure item availability in accordance with demand and better & more accurate demand forecasts. • Establish daily, weekly and monthly reports on product planning and communicate with sales function on replenishments, Stock Security level, market trends, competitor analyses and marketing activities. • Develop and implement strategic & tactical initiatives to improve item cycle and internal customer service level. • Lead the sourcing and procurement processes. • Conduct periodic reviews of service level and standards to ensure continuous supply availability. • Coordinate with marketing & channel management regarding any special activities and supervises them proper implementations. • Create integrated processes among operations, purchasing, logistics, and outside suppliers to execute the planning/replenishment process. • Develop and implement supply chain/inventory management initiatives that support company objectives and reflect industry trends. • Develop business by analyzing item supply problems and producing new solutions. • Develop and maintain systems to measure performance against established standards. • Balance aggregated demand with supply to ensure seamless transactions in delivering requirements in accordance with real demand. • Coordinate with Vendor / Logistic / Customs clearance and make sure that shipments are cleared without paying any demurrages. • Conduct weekly inventory meeting and make sure that all the near expires are cleared in a proactive manner. • Maintain the agreed level DIO without facing any out of stocks. المهارات • Preferably has worked as a Supply Chain Manager or in similar position with similar responsibilities. • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce/Marketing or any related field, preferably with Master’s Degree. • Full understanding of the English language. • Analytical Skills • Forecasting Techniques • Knowledge of M.S.
