• Proactive promoting and selling of the full range of INMA CO. Products and services in accordance with defined strategies in order to meet
agreed sales volumes and targets.
• Work in alignment with set sales strategies
• Set individual sales targets per customer and customer segment
• Keep update with INMA suppliers products and service portfolio
• Actively participate in campaigns and customer events, fairs etc.
• Identify sales opportunities where our products can deliver value to the customer and be profitable by continually monitor competitor and
industry activity to develop an in depth understanding of the customer business.
• Understand the customer and their business by asking value driven questions
• Identify the customer needs.
• Transform customer needs to INMA CO. provided solutions, considering the full products and services range
• Present, communicate and negotiate with customer regarding suggested quote
• Keep updates with other competitors’ product and service portfolios
• Execute professional contact with existing customers and prospects in order to build, develop and maintain long term business relations.
• Define objective for each customer on his customer list.
• Plan, prepare and follow up customers according to the sales plan.
• Contact customers through phone calls, mails and meetings
• Build and maintain the right level of relationships with customers.
• Identify new potential customers on segment basis.
• Work actively with contacting potential customers
• Support INMA CO. brand image and value in Qatari market.
• Work with a team based approach by cooperating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives, ensuring that
there is an open and clear communication and information flow.
• Communicate agreements internally and externally
• Secure delivery from internal organization and suppliers (body builders / parts)
• Ensure a structured way of selling, emphasizing planning and follow up including documentation of accurate customer contact information.
• Work in alignment with the INMA CO. sales process, including documentation and follow up
• Structure and plan individual working flow
• Utilize IT and sales tools for a structured sales approach
• Record and report market changes, useful customer information as well as (lost) sales/deviations
• Comply with general market updates , rules and regulations
• inspect the equipment mechanically & technically in our workshop
• preparing all correspondence (enquiries-LPOs-technical queries) to suppliers
• Arranging all necessary documents: pro-forma invoices-commercial invoices –warranty cards- delivery notes.
المهارات
• 2-3 experience years at the same job position
• Mechanical Engineering background is preferable.
