Prepare sales forecasts Compare monthly sales results to goals and take corrective action where necessary
Provide sales input for the annual strategic planning process
Provide sales support, generate leads, evaluate sales activities, strategies and strengths of the competition, identify new market and customer opportunities, and evaluate the success and perception of Medical Service.
Support the sales growth by developing new leads, allocate medical Sales Reps. monthly, weekly, and daily targets to ensure achieving all targets on time.
The position leads the entire Sales process from pre-contract through post-signature phases, and closely collaborates with the sales team and internal departments to ensure staff are informed of new contracts,
Propose changes to existing list and ways of work and updates to the medical and billing policies of the payers we serve.
Assure contractual arrangements meet financial targets and legal/regulatory compliance requirements.
There will be an emphasis on analyzing cost and utilization data
Review and analyse daily achievement report for Sales team to ensure achieving daily, weekly and monthly targets, follow up all opened invoices which didn’t collect with different customers to ensure achieving collection targets on time.
Follow up the activation of stopped customers with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with other departments to resolve any escalated problems from customers to ensure customer satisfaction
Develop and maintain periodic, e.g., bi-weekly, reports on the status of all sales team, Ensure activating new customers (prospecting) moreover maintaining current ones to increase sales volume & market share.
Provide input on advertising, literature and promotion materials, Recommend pricing programs to remain competitive.

Job Requirements
Arabic speaker is a must.
Bachelor or plus in medical field.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with hospital, clinic, physician, and/or primary care and health system contracting in Qatar.
Strong demonstrated knowledge and understanding of healthcare industry, legal and regulatory requirements
A Minimum of 5+ years’ experience as a Sales/district leader Manager with previous experience in managing sales Reps.
Results-driven, persistent - able to self-direct and work independently showing initiative, while seeking guidance when appropriate.
Open to cultural differences.
The Ability to assess Sales Reps/ Specialists.
