الوصف الوظيفي • Develop the business in food service and retail channels. • Build and consolidate demand requirements based on contractual agreements with key clients and projected sales. • Ensure availability of raw materials, ingredients, and packaging material. • Develop with production team short and long-term production plans showing capacity utilization and idleness. • Direct production activities and establish production priorities based on demand. • Ensure working with high level of accuracy to avoid over stocking or having shortages in supply. • Closely monitor stock levels of raw material and packaging, accordingly, act and manage procurement needs for replenishment. • Lead the dispatch of finished goods with logistics staff and continuously monitor finished goods inventory to avoid out of stocks or shelf-life lost freshness or expiration issues. • Identify and lead process improvement initiatives related to execution to assure increased efficiencies and high yield. • Continuously review and assures products conformity with product specifications. • Track, report, and communicate KPIs.
