Preferably a bilingual candidate who can speak both Arabic and English fluently,
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience in a contact centre environment
Ability to use a CRM
Minimum of 1 year experience required in any customer facing role
Candidates must be able to communicate with the customers as per Vodafone Qatar’s defined quality standards
Proven sales experience – Preferable
Strong communication skills
Customer focused & Problem-Solving Skills
Self-Motivated, Result Oriented and Strong Relationship Building skills with internal stake holders
