Promoting corporate values and shaping a positive culture is a vital aspect of an HR-department’s tasks and duties. The HR-Manager leads this department by example and values integrity above all. As our company has not yet evolved to a digital environment - we are still processing our personal data on Excel sheets - your job is to modernize the HR-Policy and practices in the company. Responsibilities Within delegated authority, the Human Resources Manager will be responsible for the following duties: General: Provides advice and support to managers and staff on human resources related matters; Manage the recruitment and selection process; Provides advice on interpretation and application of policies, regulations and rules; Assess training needs of employees and monitor training programs; · Initiate, plan and coordinate annual company teambuilding. المهارات PROFESSIONALISM: Knowledge of human resources policies, practices and procedures and ability to apply them in an organizational setting. CLIENT ORIENTATION: Considers all those to whom services are provided to be “clients” and seeks to see things from clients’ point of view; establishes and maintains productive partnerships with clients by gaining their trust and respect; identifies clients’ needs and matches them to appropriate solutions; monitors ongoing developments inside and outside the clients’ environment to keep informed and anticipate problems; keeps clients informed of progress or setbacks in projects; meets timeline for delivery of products or services to client.
