Recruitment Opportunity with Management Solutions International (MSI)
Our client in Qatar is looking to hire ICT Application Systems Head
Mange timely multi-level support of application’s problems, issues and incidents adopting industry service management practices and using automation tools for optimal resolution of employees and customers complaints
Integrate Retail, ERP, portals, mobility, web, APIs, Cloud SAS, in house developed apps and closed loop business systems to optimize the company’s performance, resources, costs, TCO, ROI, communications and time

Requirements:
Minimum Requirements:
15 years of progressive experience in a directly related field.
10 years of professional experience in application automation and development services in an enterprise level environment.
Education Qualification- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering/Science, Electronics Engineering, or any other appropriately relevant field.
