Target setting and generating plans on achieving.
Stake holder management for the project.
Categorize team with zone and providing goals on targets.
Managing brands with proper analysis and forecast.
Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; and analyzing trends and results.
Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
Implements promotions with proper planning and market alignment.
Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
Completes sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; and following up on work results.
Maintains sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Maintains sales staff work results by counseling and disciplining employees, and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
المهارات
7+ years of Experience in Telecom or similar sector with strong business development skills
7+ Years of Experience in Retail of Consumer Electronics (Mobile and IT Devices & Accessories)
Degree in business administration/management
Impressive, demonstrable track record and skills/experience gained within a similar position(s), at a similar level.
Advanced computer skills; able to create and modify Excel spreadsheets, compile PowerPoint presentations etc
Ability to work collaboratively with others to provide a high-quality service.
Good IT skills e.g. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
HR Requirements: (internal and external)
Capable to work with multi culture/nationalities
Maintain punctuality and professionalism
Multilingual preferred
