They have solid knowledge of the design process, (space layout, FF&E;, color and materials...) familiar with innovation and trends within and outside the industry.
Ability to apply a sense of style to create aesthetically pleasing interiors and designs from the concept stage until Project handover.
Strong visual design skills including proportion and aesthetics.
Basic understanding of building codes and inspection regulations related to interiors.
Assisting the Design Manager in report preparation and design developing.
Has the ability to produce design drawings.
Conceptualize and sketch design plans.
Create mood boards to sample the design vision.
Utilize computer applications in the design process.
Inspect site projects to determine whether client goals have been met.
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in interior design or related field (Must). With an experience of 2-3 years minimum in the same field.
Experience in 3ds Max (corona) is a must. With the Knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, MS office.
Fast & applicable on modeling all the design directions (Classic, Neo Classic, modern, Contemporary)
Experience in Interior Fit out Industry and Project management experience.
Fast learner. Highly creative, imaginative and artistic.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
Arabic speaker. Written and spoken English is also required.
Worked on several residential projects in Qatar or in any gulf countries
Has portfolio.
Qatar Based with QID (Must) who can join immediately.
