Plan, forecast and achieve yearly revenue & margin targets.
Daily meeting with customers to drive revenue and and build relationship.
Monitoring and reviewing performance with the team to ensure Sales Target Achievement.
Assign monthly targets to the team & drive them to achieve the numbers.
Initiate new product introductions to the trade in order to generate additional revenue flow.
Ensure targets for new customer onboarding is achieved every quarter.
Prepare requisite reports and presentations to the team and reporting manager to showcase performance as well as forward plans.
Negotiate with customers on products & pricing on a regular basis.
Team Handling
المهارات
Bachelor’s Degree in Business (MBA is an advantage)
Minimum 3 years Experienced on Similar Field (HORECA)
Proficient with numbers and logical reasoning.
Have excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Fluency in English is a must, knowledge of Arabic is a definite advantage.
Able to work under pressure and short timelines.
