We are looking for experienced professionals for a leading Design/ Fit Out/ Manufacturing Company based in Doha, Qatar
Responsibilities:
Ensuring the smooth administration/ HR and be the focal point of the office.
Provide excellent secretarial and administrative support to superior officers.
Provide excellent support on HR and Document control activities.
Manage and organize schedules and deadlines
Provide standard clerical duties such as preparation of Quotations, mailing, communicating with clients, Prospects, local & international vendors etc.
Respond professionally to all incoming communications, such as phone calls and emails representing and dignifying the company
Distribute, filtering and forwarding communications to proper individuals and departments
Create written and typed reports, memos, documents and business letters etc
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field.
Minimum 6-8 Years Qatar/ GCC Experience in related industry
Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.
Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office Packages.
Must be able to join immediately with transferrable resident permit.
