الوصف الوظيفي Values a broad range of asset types including mixed-used prime City Centre Developments Main Responsibilities: To provide valuations and related advice on a range of property types and to a variety of clients many of whom are core clients of the firm; The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate core competencies in the following areas: • Assist companies to identify and measure the value of their assets by providing independent and well-supported valuations; • Develop and manage new & existing client relationships; • Lead the team and be responsible in achieving target and growing the business line. • To work independently, be head of and lead the valuation team • Carry out valuations until the complete team is set in place according to the approved plan; • To demonstrate good market knowledge of the areas and sectors you are active; • Perform local, national and international real estate market analysis on a wide range of public and private entities using all accepted and relevant valuation approaches; • To lead on the preparation and delivery of valuations and reports to a very high level of accuracy and quality and to client timetables; • To observe and ensure compliance with RICS regulatory requirements • To put clients first and achieve maximum client satisfaction; • To work efficiently and to maximize team and company profitability; • To ensure the maintenance of all job files and appropriate instruction records in accordance with in-house QA procedures; • To be open to involvement in new areas of work within the valuation business; • To be client facing and able to identify opportunities for business growth and fee earning opportunities to grow the business; • Be responsible for Continuing Professional Development of the team; • Form business plan/budgets • Form policies and procedures for the complete job cycle • Provide direction to the Market Research team members; • Execute simple to complex valuations and consultancy projects; • Assist the management with consultancy related projects; • Develop pricing models and strategies for upcoming projects for sales and leasing department; • Analyze regional and local area economic profiles including employment, population, household income, and real estate trends as well as identifying emerging development trends for the real estate market Competencies: • Ability to work under tight time constraints in order to deliver high quality service • Must be enthusiastic, self-motivated and motivational with excellent client skills • Must be flexible and a team player • Must have strong verbal and numerical skills and be comfortable with report writing • Must be customer / service driven with strong communication skills • Must be able to supervise and delegate to junior members of staff • Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Management. المهارات تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/qatar/jobs/senior-valuer-4604760/ |
