Recruitment Opportunity with Management Solutions International (MSI)
Our client in Qatar is looking to hire Officer – Residential Property Management
To create an end-to-end seamless Customer Experience for Residential Tenants in line with the Company’s Leasing Strategy and Operational Objectives.
Delivers a class-leading Residential Occupancy experience from end to end.
Maintains an operational Procurement register and facilitates management approvals. Maintains a central residential property management filing system.
Maintains financial arrears report, generates debt letters and follow up. Initiates legal / court action escalation measures for overdue financial cases.

Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a similar field.
Bachelor’s degree required.
