Job Title: Purchase Requisition Specialist

Location: Qatar , Doha

Contract : 6 Month / renewable

Experience : 2-6 years prefferd

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

Key accountabilities and decision ownership.

o Responsible for creating all aspects of EBU PR’s process from creation to good receipting, following up with stake holders, liaising with SCM & Finance as required .

o Responsible for following up with SCM for creating PO’s.

o Maintaining database of all PR’s, PO’s & GRN for tracking purpose

o Preparation of all GTA related documentation including proposal, bid and performance bonds, clarifications a tender acquisition

o Preparation of CRA related submissions to comply with customer contract reporting

Provide additional support within the team as required

Experience required: Minimum of 2 years of industry related experience in an administration related role

Responsible for following up with SCM for creating PO’s.
