Our client in Qatar is looking to hire Service Request Specialist (6 months contract)

Requirements:
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum Qualification Engineering degree, Architectural degree, or equivalent certification.
5 years’ experience in Facilities management or construction projects. At least 1-year customer service experience
Assesses existing work requests in Service Request systems for Residential customer and ensures proper workflow and closing.
Reviews, approves, creates, and monitors work orders in Service Request System (CAEMS).
Liaise with tenants, service providers and customer service team to ensure proper communication between parties. Ensure stakeholders coordination for successful and satisfactory solution for tenants.
