Receives, coordinates, creates and generates Purchase Orders using SAP
Collects & Evaluates quotations, agreements (supply), blanket orders
Coordinates procurements related to Projects (Civil, HVAC & Electrical)
Ensures proper placement of orders and collection/delivery of orders
Receives and entertains vendor visits to strengthen future negotiations
Prepares/Plots cost analysis
Monitors proper endorsement of Invoices to accounts for timely settlement of payment
Updates Vendor list
Negotiates/Process agreements or blanket orders
المهارات
• Bachelor’s degree in Business studies, supply chain management, or any related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of procurement experience.
• Understanding of the local market trends and supplier networks.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• Ability to integrate and work well within a team.
• Strong time management skills and ability to cope with the pressure of demanding targets and tight deadlines
• High level of individual initiative, planning, and good judgment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation skills to close the most cost-effective deals.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
