الوصف الوظيفي Maintain the outlet’s service standards, product quality and cleanliness Prepare food as per prescribed recipes, preparation techniques and/or special requests Follow consistency standards in order to meet the company food standards and ensure the guest receives the highest quality and service every time Handling the set-up of mise-en-place stations as per instructions Handle all duties at the assigned work station and assist with store pickups Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and standards as per Kuwait Laws Adhering to the company procedures/local laws for fire, hygiene and safety Ensuring the operation and kitchen equipment is maintained with minimum breakage Report any safety concerns to chef in charge to take precautionary action Ensure confidentially of all recipes, formats and menus.
