Plan, direct and assign studio productions and oversee operation of photo and video shoots.
Operate digital video effects and editing software.
Brief suppliers on the set up for studio shoots.
Work with clients to prepare “B-roll” footage for inclusion in live productions.
Make recommendations to department for software and equipment purchases.
Conduct field-based video production which involves interacting with clients and directing the operation of all portable video, photo and audio equipment
Oversee the transport and set up of photo-shoot equipment as required
Plan and perform video post-production tasks which include reviewing footage, making editorial decisions, tape logging, rough cuts, audio adjustment, colour correction, and final editing using Final Cut Pro software. Utilize computer graphics and special effects for video post-production in accordance with the overall production concepts
Compress video projects for output; capture recorded video using software and encode media as appropriate

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE
1. Minimum Qualification:
- min Diploma / Bachelor’s level or equivalent
2. Minimum Experience:
▪ Minimum 4 years relevant working experience
3. Job Specific Skills:
- Professional video production procedures, practices, techniques, and terminology.
- Studio production with multi-camera shooting.
- Cinematography.
- Ability to work under pressure
