الوصف الوظيفي - Support in the upholding and monitoring the full compliance with prevailing best corporate banking operations activity. - Build and maintain strong and effective relationships with all other related functions to achieve the Sector’s goals / objectives. - Build and maintain strong and effective relationships with all clients.. - Liaise with counterparts, customers and other internal and external parties. - Adequate follow-up on remittance processing, bulk processing services (i.e. clearing/collection, salary transfers, post-dated cheques (PDCs)). - Prepare drawdown requests and related supporting documents to be reviewed by RM and Sector Head - Produce on demand accounts statements - Ensure that the clients’ corporate files are updated at all times. - Spread the financial statements on assigned software and ensure that financial spreading reflect the proper operating, investing and financial activities. - Provide the unit with all types of reports from the existing platforms. - Deal with clients on routine operational issues relating to handling of documentations and enquiries for Foreign Trade Transactions, transfers, cheques and other banking transactions. - Adhere to the established processes and controls (automated/ manual) to prevent/ detect the transfer of funds to/ from potentially suspect countries, banks, individuals, entities to ensure compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) rules/ regulations. - Ensure any suspicious transactions identified are timely informed to and discussed with the RM / Sector Head for resolution and if required, reported to the Head of AML (reporting to Group Compliance). - Log corporate action queries/ issues, escalate/ route issues where necessary and facilitate tracking of the queries/ issues till final resolution to ensure timely customer service in compliance with set policies and procedures. - Ensure all requests received during the day are completely, accurately and timely processed within the prescribed turnaround time and that any pending items are identified and promptly attended to on the following day. - Possess a good knowledge of corporate banking products, documentation, regulatory requirements and report preparation together with a superior knowledge of controls. - Develop knowledge of processes, products and services to resolve/ route queries/ issues for timely resolution. - Clear understanding of the operational aspect of Balance Sheet and Income Statement such knowledge should include loan booking, deposit and P&L;records. - Ensure high standards of confidentiality to safeguard commercially sensitive information including information pertaining to fund transfers. المهارات - University graduate with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in the banking operations, preferably with local / Gulf experience. - Well-informed of the market competitive structure, industry practices and any regulations for the corporate banking client segment.
