Our client in Qatar is looking to hire Senior Application Support Analyst

Requirements:
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering/Science, Electronics Engineering, or any other appropriately relevant field.
9 years of progressive experience in a directly related field.
6 years of professional experience in application automation services and application operations in an enterprise-level environment.
3 years in similarly relevant senior application support analyst role with around the same team capacity and complexity of assigned tasks.
Certifications in industry relative standards, frameworks and schools of practice such as ITIL, certifications in Oracle, SharePoint and Microsoft.
Proven success in leading and managing a similarly complex ICT business process automation and services within same type of industry. Excellent knowledge and understanding of Information Technology industry, trends, architectures, integrations, operational security, service management and process computing.
Excellent knowledge and understanding of Retail, ERP, inhouse development platforms/SAS, mobility and API products and services. Excellent knowledge and understanding of leading industry standards, frameworks, methodologies and best practices.
