الوصف الوظيفي Contract Duration : Long Term 1.Install supports and hangers for pipe, fixtures & equipment to provide new water line connection or any kind of modification required. 2. Installs, services and repairs Window fixtures, door and its panels, all type’s furniture, and locks, flooring, cabinets, chairs, cladding, gypsum works etc. 3. Install, repair and maintain water treatment equipment, piping & controls order to avoid shortage of water supply. 4. Install, repair and maintain underground storm sanitary & water piping systems in order to avoid unnecessary overflowing. 5. Install, repair and maintain sinks, tubs, water heaters & toilets fittings in order to reduce outsourcing of jobs. 6. Test pipe systems, fixtures for leaks and assemble or install valves & fittings in order to avoid frequent maintenance break down. 7. Coordination with assigned foreman for end user requirements and give feedback for the work completed efficiently. 8. Reporting Supervisor regarding procedures or status of work orders for the purpose of providing information for making decisions, taking appropriate action which complies with health and building regulations. 9. Apply all codes to installations, repairs & maintenance in order to achieve required quality of work. 10. Ensure all installations, repairs and maintenance meet environmental protection requirements in order to achieve end user safety. 11. Identify required tools, special equipment and select the type & size of pipe required, in order to facilitate the end user requirement. 12. Locate and mark positions for connections & fixtures in order to ensure sufficient supply of water. 13. Make material request for spare parts for Inventory stock purpose. 14. Prepares written maintenance service reports, activity logs, and Incident reports for the purpose of documentation and follow-ups. 15. Respond to emergency requirements during and after working hours for the purpose of resolving the problem with safety in order to avoid interruption for operation services and safety concerns. 16. Maintains assigned vehicle, equipment, tools for the purpose of ensuring availability in a safe operating conditions. 17.
