الوصف الوظيفي Job role · Report to the Managing Director · Proactively keep track of all proposals, update Salesforce and proposal tracker, monitor deadlines and liaise with bid teams to receive their timely proposals · Update CRM Data for all created Qatar opportunities. · Manage and prepare proposal submissions, incorporate corporate information. · Meet Client procurement departments, build relationships and ensure they are aware of Protiviti’s diverse solution offerings. · Manage RFP email accounts and review local media sources for relevant tenders · Attend and contribute to Sales pipeline meetings, take follow-up actions · Register with organisations and ensure kept up to date. · Maintain confidentiality and use discretion in dealing with Clients. · Work alongside administration team, rotate/share duties for holiday cover etc. · Learn and understand Protiviti’s diverse solutions Skills required · Bilingual - Fluent written and spoken Arabic and English (essential) · Business Development/ Proposal submission experience (desirable) · Well organized, good initiative, a self-starter · Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) · Able to work without supervision and manage others · Comfortable dealing with clients and internal staff · Cheerful disposition · Work to deadlines and able to multi-task المهارات Protiviti delivers deep expertise, objective insights, a tailored approach and unparalleled collaboration to help leaders face the future with confidence.
