الوصف الوظيفي · Compare HR laws to current policies and procedures and where necessary seek advice from Law firm Clyde & Co. Attend their Immigration/Labour Law workshops on a regular basis · Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices, developing a network of HR colleagues from different companies in Qatar · Develop organizational guidelines and procedures and Handbook for employees · Bridge management/company owners and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues and taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations · Provide support and guidance to management/company owners when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; investigating allegations of wrongdoing · Report data/get necessary consent in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Law - Manage the recruitment and selection process - Assess training needs of employees and monitor training programs · Monitor employee development and carry out performance management once a proper organizational structure is in place · To conduct performance reviews across departments to work with employees to create performance improvement plans · Evaluating employee performance and appraising their pay scale accordingly · Manage the organization’s employee database and monitor monthly HR reports · Draft templates for HR documents · Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents · Initiate annual company teambuilding · Initiate and head bi-monthly HR meetings with HR assistant, PRO and Finance Manager · Draw up job descriptions, post vacancies, conduct initial interviews and exit interviews Result areas: · Clear communication to employees about HR policies · Creation of a safe working environment where employees feel free to share their concerns and criticism and where integrity is one of the core values · Compliance with applicable Qatar State Laws · Professionally trained employees المهارات · Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills · Excellent initiative and organizational skills · Leadership and coaching skills · Strong empathy and interpersonal skills · Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality · Efficient HR administration and people management skills.
