System requirements gathering, Analysis, Design, Development & Implementation
Solution Architectures and design with align to the enterprise architecture
Writing technical specifications documents and designing solutions resulted from the BRDs and Functional specifications documents and develop the solution/application
Knowledge of the Project Management and in the preparation of the document like Project Plans, WBS and Project Status reports.
Website and software application designing, building, or maintaining.

المهارات
Knowledge & Experience:
.Bachelor Degree in IT or IT related field
6 minimum years’ experience in developing software applications, preferably, out of which at least 3 years with insurance applications
Solid knowledge and experience in programming application
Excellent in JAVA, C,
Familiarity with at least one of the following programming languages: PHP, ASP.NET, Javascript or Ruby on Rails
Excellent in SharePoint backend and front end,
Excellent content management systems
Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
Excellent in Integrations and APIs, Web services
Proficient in My SQL, PL/SQL and Oracle and other DBs
Experience of using Open Text and New Gen BPM Technologies
Experience of using ECM and APEX BPM modules
Business intelligent and dashboard
Excellent Business and system analysis skills
Project management skills PMP is a plus
Excellent knowledge and skill in system integrations and APIs
Analysts must have knowledge of process mapping and process re-engineering. They must be aware of how ERP, CRM, BI, and BPM tools operate.
Also, he might be required to have an in-depth understanding of protocols like XML, SOAP, WSDL etc.
Skill for business process simulation and optimization Have good knowledge of graphic designs and web coding
