Key Purpose:To coordinate and make detailed plans to accomplish goals and direct the integration of technical activities.Role & Responsibilities:Duties:Coordinate and make detailed plans to accomplish goals and direct the integration of technical activities.Making Decisions and Solving Problems: Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.Coordinating the Work and Activities of Others:Doing the coordination with the different department’s structures, architectures, mechanical and electrical to accomplish tasks.Establishing and Maintaining Interpersonal Relationships:Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with other, and maintaining them over time.Analyzing Data or Information:Identifying the underlying principles, reasons, or facts of information by breaking down information or data into separate parts.Direct, review and approve product design and changes.Review and recommend or approve materials and cost estimates and prepare comparison statements.Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients.
المهارات
Knowledge:· Engineering and Technology. Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology. This includes applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services.Engineering degree in Civil. Professional engineering certification where applicable.Minimum of 10-15 years of civil, commercial or industrial construction experience including direct experience supervising major construction sites.Sound knowledge of engineering design and construction codes.Excellent construction scheduling and site management skills.Strong budget management and cost reporting skills.Experience in dealing with and responding to sub-contractor variance reports and claims settlements.Ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams and supervise 3rd party contractors.
