Operations
Designs and implements the set SOP / content training/ workshops according to approved FWC guidelines and training matrix
Focuses on 70% training delivery and 30% training administration abiding by the set training deliverables and timelines
Provides general / specific coordination with all nominated participants and tracks attendance on regular basis
· Identifies, selects and modifies training modules and workshop resources as per set training matrix adhering to a strict on-site training schedule
· Prepares training/workshops venue and materials and other required training facilities
Coordinates individual and/or group training feedback
Sets up clinic hours for training counsel to address learner’s areas for improvement and development
Conducts specific training needs assessment to support the design, development and delivery of training programs and strategies
Monitors and measures effectiveness of all training programs/workshops delivered
Works closely with the SMEs to outline deliverables expectations, and specific individual training needs
Designs and implements divisional SOP quality training programs, manuals and policies
· Maintains general training administration and record keeping for review and evaluation on LMS
· Tracks and monitors learner’s development and continuous improvement.
· Coordinate pre and post training evaluation with the next line managers as appropriate to ensure areas for improvement are addressed.
Maintains training records are maintained and training gaps identified.
Provide training, development, coaching and support to Line Managers and their staff members to develop people capability resulting in improved performance for the individual, teams and the business.
Analysis
Analyzes learner’s individual training needs and presents training report/analysis on a weekly basis to Group HR/ Project Director
Undertakes a pre and post online training evaluations, devising a regular feedback evaluation report to Group HR/ Project Director
· Analyze learner’s individual training needs and provide individual and group training feedback
Innovation
Identifies individual functional needs and recommends improvements where needed
Identifies relevant training materials and customize according to training needs and defined content delivery.
Ensures defined training content is uploaded onto LMS as per corporate branding and SOP standards
Creates on boarding, welcoming digital booklets, assessment center tests as directed and required by Senior Management
People Management
· Trains and coaches Subject Matter Experts
المهارات
Education and Qualification
·Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from a recognized training institution
Training related certificates pertaining to Hospitality/ F&B;industry (Beverage, mixologist certification, service training, etc.)
Certificate in Training and Development and/or Train the Trainers certificate
Work Experience
Possesses at least 4 years working experience in hospitality, catering, airline catering or FMCG manufacturing industry sector
Skills and Abilities
English language is a must, Arabic or second language desirable
Computer proficiency level required (e.g. Advanced knowledge in MS Office suite)
Driving skills (e.g. Valid GCC light vehicle driving license required)
Good time management and organizational skills
Exposure or experience in Hospitality industry within the GCC will be essential
