Assists with planning and implementing Logistics operational plans for allocated venue within time critical deadlines
Provides a moving service to ensure all assets and materials directly allocated to staff are properly dismantled, packed and transported and re-installed at the new location;
Maintains up to date and accurate records, documentation, and completes daily reports
Milestones with regards to scheduling, resource scoping, health & safety and training
Assists with asset tracking (including CCG and kitchen utensils), distribution in venue, setup/breakdown of spaces and return materials post event
Assists with the management of on venue deliveries, resources and vehicles
Assists with the management of the Master Delivery Schedule (MDS) on venue, in coordination with relevant Q22 FA
Attends venue management daily briefings as a LOG representative, when required, ensuring smooth and seamless back-of-house operations at an assigned venue
Effectively communicate with all colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the Logistics Service;
Ensures promptly requests for logistic services required by personnel;
Maintains the general tidiness, cleanliness and safety of both Internal and External logistic work areas and all BOH spaces (kitchens, sculleries etc.);
Ensures prompt delivery of stationery and consumables to hub areas;
Carries out any reasonable request from the Venue Logistics Manager, providing it is within the capability and competency;
Upholds professional, polite and considerate manner at all times;
Adheres to uniform and presentation standards as per the dress policy;

Education and Qualification
Higher education or relevant logistics and/or event qualifications (desirable)
The level of English language proficiency – not lower than B2
Work
Experience
3 years’ total experience in Logistics or Cleaning & Waste services
Proven experience in a leadership role in events, operations or logistics management;
Proven experience in a fast paced, complex project-based environment with emphasis on timelines and delivery of projects on-time working across multiple internal and external Customers;
Proven experience of building effective relationships
Skills and Abilities
Attention to detail, excellent time management, interpersonal,
and communication skills;
Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and ability to learn and operate online systems;
Knowledge of logistics planning
Strong organizational skills to coordinate resources;
Highly resilient and able to work calmly when under pressure to meet immovable deadlines in challenging circumstances and to go the extra mile;
