Operations
Executes and delivers pre-defined training programs for all employees in accordance with the training matrix and deliverable guidelines.
Ensures that all employees are trained on key SOP, guidelines and service standards within 1 months of commencing their employment
Prepares daily and weekly service training classes on promotion, specialties and other menu changes
Provides general / specific coordination with all nominated participants and track attendance on regular basis
Prepares training/workshops venue and materials and other required training facilities
Maintains general training administration and record keeping for review and evaluation.
Coordinates individual and/or group training feedback
Conducts specific training needs assessment as directed by the Training Manager to support the design, development and delivery of training programs and strategies
Monitors and measures effectiveness of all training programs/workshops delivered
Works closely with the SMEs to outline deliverables expectations, and specific individual training needs
Executes SOP quality training programs, manuals and policies
Tracks and monitors learner’s development and continuous improvement.
Provide training, development, coaching and support to Line Management and their staff members to develop
people capability resulting in improved performance for the individual, teams and the business.
Analysis
Undertakes a pre and post online training evaluations, devising a regular feedback evaluation report to Training Manager
Coordinate pre and post training evaluation with the next line managers as appropriate to ensure areas for improvement are addressed.
Presents training report/analysis on a daily basis to Training Manager
المهارات
Education and Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from a recognized training institution
Training related certificates pertaining to Hospitality/ F&B;industry (Beverage, mixologist certification, service training, etc.)
Certificate in Training and Development and/or Train the Trainers certificate
Work
Experience
Possesses at least 2 years working experience in hospitality, catering, airline catering or FMCG manufacturing industry sector
Skills and Abilities
English language is a must, Arabic or second language desirable
Computer proficiency level required (e.g. Advanced knowledge in MS Office suite)
Driving skills (e.g. Valid GCC light vehicle driving license required)
Good time management and organizational skills
·Exposure or experience in Hospitality industry within the GCC will be essential
